Skip A Payment Form
Step 1
In light of the COVID-19 layoffs, HSM Federal Credit Union is giving you the opportunity to skip one month on your loan payments.
Interest will continue to accrue as according to your original loan agreement. Missed payment will be added to the end of your loan.
To begin the application process, follow these steps:
1.) Grab pen and paper to write down some important details about your loan.
2.) Call the HSM Credit Union at 828-328-2213 ext. 3333
3.) Ask for the following details about your loan:
- Loan Balance Amount
- Interest Amount
- Payment Dollar Amount
- Beginning Date
- Collateral Information
You will need these items as you complete the skip-payment application. Once you have completed these steps and have your information, proceed to the next step.
